01The service
Entry Risk Score ("the service") is a data service. It measures entry-timing risk on Binance USDT-M perpetual futures and publishes risk states, component values and a daily ledger of historical rates. It is operated under the domain entryriskscore.com.
02Not advice
Nothing in the service is investment, financial, trading or legal advice. Risk states are statistical ranks of past behaviour. The service never recommends opening, closing, holding or sizing a position. You make every trading decision yourself.
03No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that risk states are accurate, timely or complete, that the service is uninterrupted, or that published historical rates will persist in the future. Exchange data may be delayed or wrong; when we detect this, scores are held and marked, not estimated.
04Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes, for keeping your API key and sign-in links private, and for complying with the laws that apply to you, including whether trading derivatives is permitted where you live.
05Acceptable use
- One account per person. One trial per email address.
- Do not resell, sublicense or redistribute risk states, component values or alerts, whether raw or derived, without written permission.
- Do not scrape the site or exceed your plan's limits by rotating keys or accounts.
- Do not attempt to access other users' data or the admin area.
- Do not present the service as a trade recommendation service or as giving advice.
06Plans and payment
Free, Trial and Full plans are described on the Pricing page. Full is paid in USDT on BEP20 or TRC20 through NOWPayments; there are no cards and no automatic charges. The founding price is kept for as long as your subscription stays active. A 3-day grace period follows expiry. If you renew within 14 days after the grace period ended, the 3 grace days you used are deducted from the new period. If you pay while a free trial is running, the paid period starts when the trial ends. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
07Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings; deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, abuse the service, or present a security risk, with notice by email where reasonable. Published ledger entries are public data and are not affected by any termination.
08Governing terms
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved in its courts unless mandatory consumer law gives you another forum. If a clause is unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
09Changes
We may change these terms. Material changes are announced by email and by a banner at least 7 days before they take effect, unless a change is required by law or security. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
