01Exceptions
Every plan can be tried free for 7 days before paying. For this reason payments are non-refundable, except for duplicate payments or a confirmed service failure on our side.
A duplicate payment is a second payment for the same order, or an amount paid above the order price, that was not needed for your access; we return it. A confirmed service failure is an outage on our side that left a paid account without the board, the API and the Live channel; we refund the affected days or extend the access, as you prefer.
02Renewals
Renewal payments follow the same rule. There are no automatic charges — every renewal is a payment you send — so nothing can be taken without your action.
03How refunds are paid
Refunds are sent in USDT to the wallet address that sent the payment, on the same network. Network fees are deducted from the refund. Refunds to a different address or in a different asset are not possible; if the sending wallet was an exchange deposit address that cannot receive, tell us before we send.
04How to request
Use the contact form with the category "Refund request", from your account address, and include the payment date or transaction hash. We confirm within 2 business days and send the refund within 5 business days after confirmation.
05Trial and Free
Trial and Free are unpaid; there is nothing to refund. When a trial ends, the account moves to Free automatically and nothing is charged.
06Disputes
If you think we got a refund wrong, reply to the confirmation email or use the contact form. We keep the full payment record and will show it to you.
